Our Mahogany deck plug is designed to fit perfectly in your deck. We turn every plug at our factory using premium grade lumber. Our deck plugs have sides that maintain the same diameter from top to bottom to ensure the plug won't back out over time. The chamfer on the bottom of our deck plugs make them much easier to install.
Mahogany has moderate to decent rot resistance and is resistant to termites. Mahogany is one of the most popular species of wood used in exterior applications.

Our deck plugs are made to a standard 3/8" thickness. We may supply plugs that are up to 1/2" thick due to availability.
Our plugs are turned to nearly exact diameters with a slight tolerance for swelling and shrinkage of wood. For example: Our 3/8" Deck plug is designed to fit a 3/8" hole.
Our mahogany is a mixture of genuine Honduran Mahogany, African Mahogany, and Sapele. The majority of our mahogany will be African or Sapele. We cannot guarantee which species you will receive and there may be a mixture of each species in each package.
